1st serving – ‘Duck’

Roast duck breast, confit duck leg and pommes Anna with homemade red cabbage, served with caramelised potatoes and Hjemve’s duck gravy.

2nd serving – ‘Risalamande’

Hjemve’s risalamande (Danish rice pudding with almonds).
